Dear New ACE Townhome Homeowners,

On behalf of the ACE HOA Property Management team, I would like to extend a heartfelt welcome to you as the newest member of the ACE Townhome community. We are delighted that you have chosen one of the ACE Townhomes to make your new home or your new investment property. 

The homeowner’s association plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall well-being and aesthetics of this community. We, Sun Realty Services, as HOA management company, strive to create an enjoyable living experience for all residents by ensuring members’ compliance with the established rules and community guidelines. We will conduct routine on-site visits to help maintain these standards. 

To help you become acquainted with the ACE Townhome community, you may review the important documents as such the CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions), Bylaws, and any relevant rules and regulations by visiting the ACE HOA Townhome website at: www.acetownhomehoa.com.

The current Board of Directors consists of members from the ACE Townhome developers. In the near future, the Owners Association will be governed by a board of volunteer directors. The Board is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association.

The HOA annual dues are paid at the beginning of the year. We will send out the invoice to each homeowner by email provided in December each year. The invoice will include the due amount, the due date, and methods of payment.
